A Computer Science Major at UC Santa Cruz currently interning at Eridu AI.
Automated provisioning tasks with PowerShell/Bash (installs, registry tweaks, power/security policy settings) and basic diagnostic log collection, improving repeatability and speeding incident troubleshooting. Develop and maintain a standardized Windows 11 laptop image for Intune/Autopilot, including required applications, tools, and security software to streamline new-hire onboarding. Manage company network servers and endpoints to ensure reliable connectivity; assign static IP addresses to printers and other devices to prevent conflicts and network disruptions. Designed and ran internal phishing simulations and training; built clear security-awareness messaging that helped reduce phishing from 16% to 2% and strengthened overall security awareness.
Supported IAM workflows: account setup, permissions, and email configurations in Active Directory and Google Workspace. Investigated incidents using system diagnostics/logs and correlated symptoms to configuration causes skills directly aligned with release health monitoring and debugging rollout issues. Contributed to internal documentation and knowledge base articles, improving consistency in handling recurring issues and supporting future audits and compliance checks.
Moved into upper-division CS courses and continued specializing in Security, Systems, and Networking technologies.
Performed laptop diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for Windows, macOS and Linux devices, printers, and basic network connectivity, documenting all work in ServiceNow. Collaborated with multiple IT teams to triage, escalate, and resolve user problems while supporting IT asset management (ITAM) from procurement through deployment and disposal. Collaborated with network, server, and security teams to triage and escalate complex incidents, gaining visibility into how large enterprises monitor systems, respond to alerts, and enforce security controls.
Developing Agent-Based Systems, Backend tools, and Cloud integrations while participating in hackathons and community tech events.
Built a strong foundation in Algorithms, Programming, Data structures, and Math.
